PAYMENT & PRICING
All product pricing on this site is in Euro. Koa clothing reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without warning. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We accept payment via bank transfer and Paypal. All credit card payments can be processed by Paypal Secure Payment System.
Please select the Paypal option when paying by Visa or Mastercard.
Discounts only apply to full-priced items. One discount can only be applied per purchase.
*All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
If, by mistake, an item has sold out at the time of your purchase, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
All orders are processed and shipped via DHL or local Indonesian Post within 1-2 business days.
Flat rate charge of $20
- Express international shipping via DHL courier
- Signature on delivery – please ensure you select an address where this can be signed for during business hours
- 2 – 5 business days for delivery to most metro areas. 3 – 10 business days outside of metro areas depending on region
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Koa clothing is not responsible for any local Customs duties or taxes placed on international orders. Prior to making an international purchase, please check with your local postal or Customs authority. We must declare full monetary value of your purchase.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We understand how tricky it can be to purchase garments online – especially surfwear. We have tried to be accurate with our descriptions and measurements so please read through these carefully on each product page and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to completing your purchase.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund has processed completely.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items purchased using a Promotional Discount cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We will process your refund within 7 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Koa clothing reserves the right to deny a refund of the returned merchandise if it does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
